Do you provide International delivery?
Absolutely. For our delivery we are using Turkey's only technology-oriented logistics company Shipentegra . Choosing Shipentegra allows Turk To Me to offer a competitive postage price while still tracking your items and getting them to you in a timely manner. Postage prices are based on weight and will be specified on individual product pages, including estimated delivery times.
As with all postal providers there is the possibility of delivery delays. If you feel your order is taking longer than the expected delivery time please contact us and we will be happy to track down the whereabouts of your order.

Do you offer wholesale?

What is your returns policy?
Here at Turk To Me we do accept returns and exchanges. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to either exchange it or return it please notify us by email within 2 days of your order arriving.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Of course if your purchase arrives with any damage such as breakages or tears please notify us by email as soon as you receive your order. The buyer will be offered either a full refund or replaced with a like-for-like product due to the nature of many Turk To Me products being one-offs.
Please note any refunds will be deposited back into the same method of payment at time of purchase. If you have any other queries regarding returns or exchanges please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@turktome.com.
